✅ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
✅ Experience in customer service, healthcare intake, or administrative support (preferred)
✅ Strong critical thinking skills and ability to follow structured processes
✅ Comfortable working in a phone-heavy role (inbound & outbound calls)
✅ Proficient with software tools and data entry for patient record management
✅ Located in Latin America (preferred) to better support the Hispanic patient population
