What You’ll Do

📌 Inbound Call Handling & Patient Qualification

• Answer calls from referral sources, leads, and potential patients
• Collect and input patient details into a state-approved system to determine Medicaid eligibility
• Clearly explain Medicaid programs and assist patients with authorization

📌 Outbound Calls & Patient Engagement

• Contact potential patients from hospital referral lists to educate them on home care services
• Assist with patient onboarding and guide them through the qualification process

📌 Operational & Compliance Support

• Use state-mandated software to track patient clock-ins and clock-outs for compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations

📌 Bilingual Communication & Customer Service

• Provide English/Spanish support to ensure clear communication with a diverse patient population
• Deliver high levels of professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all interactions

What You Bring

✅ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
✅ Experience in customer service, healthcare intake, or administrative support (preferred)
✅ Strong critical thinking skills and ability to follow structured processes
✅ Comfortable working in a phone-heavy role (inbound & outbound calls)
✅ Proficient with software tools and data entry for patient record management
✅ Located in Latin America (preferred) to better support the Hispanic patient population
