Product Operations Associate (Data Entry) | Remote | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

📌 Data Entry & System Navigation

• Log into multiple systems and navigate various software platforms with ease
• Copy, paste, and organize data efficiently while ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Extract relevant data from reports and databases as needed

📌 Automation & AI-Assisted Workflows

• Utilize ChatGPT to generate structured outputs, including prompts for automation and data organization
• Create PDF documents from structured data using provided templates
• Follow step-by-step Loom video instructions to adapt to new workflows quickly

📌 Software & Reporting Tasks

• Work with Excel (including formulas and automation features) to improve efficiency
• Support with accounting-related tasks (prior experience is a plus, but not required)
• Collaborate using Slack and other internal tools to streamline communication

What You Bring

✅ Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple software platforms
✅ Experience with ChatGPT (or AI tools) for writing and automation
✅ Basic proficiency in Excel (formulas, automation, and reporting features)
✅ Quick learner who can follow structured instructions and adapt to new processes
✅ Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
✅ Some accounting experience is good to have, but speed and accuracy are a must
