What You’ll Do:

🔹 Oversee all accounting functions and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies
🔹 Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
🔹 Maintain audit-ready books with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
🔹 Handle general ledger management, journal entries, and adjustments
🔹 Monitor cash flow and financial forecasting to optimize business performance
🔹 Ensure A/R, A/P, inventory, and payroll processes are effective and accurate
🔹 Support tax compliance and reporting, including sales tax and payroll tax
🔹 Develop and maintain budgeting and financial forecasting processes
🔹 Analyze financial statements and performance trends to support decision-making
🔹 Assist with business acquisitions, due diligence, and financial integration

What You Bring:

✔️ Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role
✔️ Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and financial reporting tools
✔️ Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance
✔️ Ability to manage multiple financial operations in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders
✔️ CPA certification (preferred but not required)

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
🔹 Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Reach Reporting
🔹 Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Bitwarden
🔹 Detail-oriented with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
🔹 A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
