Salary Range: $1,500 to $2,000 USD/month
About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager with strong technical project management experience to lead two strategic enterprise client implementations. These aren’t simple plug-and-play rollouts—each project involves deep software integrations, complex workflows, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll be the key player ensuring everything stays on track while building trusted relationships with high-value clients.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for two enterprise clients during implementation.
Manage full project lifecycle: planning, internal coordination, timelines, documentation, updates, risk mitigation, and escalations.
Lead client meetings, drive critical decisions, capture scope changes, and ensure alignment across all teams.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and seamless delivery.
Own and run daily stand-ups, milestone tracking, and cross-team updates.
Build strong, strategic relationships with clients, especially during complex or high-pressure moments.
Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies before they impact delivery.
Communicate clearly and confidently—even during tough conversations or change management.
Who You Are
A seasoned technical project manager with hands-on experience in enterprise software delivery.
Skilled in managing complex B2B implementations involving integrations and multiple systems.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical architecture.
Known for being clear, proactive, and calm under pressure, even with executive stakeholders.
Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful—you keep things moving without dropping the ball.
Comfortable working EST hours and adjusting availability based on project needs.
