About the Role

Are you a people-focused, detail-oriented Client Success Manager who loves leading teams and delighting clients? We’re looking for a positive, proactive leader to manage remote operations, mentor talent, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our client accounts.

In this role, you’ll serve as the critical link between clients and talent, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving team performance and account growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and nurture strong client relationships

  • Act as a liaison between clients and remote team members

  • Mentor and support talent to ensure high-quality performance

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client accounts
